Jerry Kruhaj, our Director of Music & Related Arts is honored for his Thus, the "SURPRISE". . .he wasn't expecting a 24 Year Celebration!

The Chancel Choir this Special Sunday included current and former members who participated in the "event" honoring Jerry. . .It was, indeed, overwhelming for Jerry...he had NO CLUE of the preparation, coordination and special rehearsals necessary to make it happen on the Sunday after Easter, April 18, 2004.
Part of the "Celebration" included the commissioning of a Festival Anthem for S.A.T.B. Choir & Handbells by local composer, Michael Mazzententa. Mr. Mazzententa conducted the anthem at both the 8:15 & 10:45 o'clock am Worship Services. (Mr. Mazzententa also coordinated and conducted the rehearsals necessary to prepare the Anthem for this day's presentation.)
